CHANGE YOUR MIND?
We understand you want your home décor to be just right. This is why we offer a 7 days no-questions asked return policy. If within 7 days you decide that you are not completely satisfied, we will come, pick up the furniture and will provide you a refund.
We're pretty upfront about our products and services, and will not surprise you with any hidden fees or costs. We do place a few limitations on our returns policy, but we think that they are fair.
Re-Select or Exchange
If you will like to re-select or exchange there will be a 10% restocking fee for items more than S$500. If it is less than S$500, S$39 delivery fee apply for the pickup service to our warehouse.
If you are not able to find anything that is suitable for exchange, you can return the product with a 25% restocking fee. Please take note that SALES items are non-refundable
Returns will only be accepted if the product is in its unused new condition. Products that have scratches, stains, damages, drilling or any other modifications will not be returnable.
Flash Sales, Group Buys and Custom Orders
Please do take note that for FLASH SALES, GROUP BUY and CUSTOM ORDERS are not able to change unless defects or damage items are found when they are delivered to your place.
Sometimes things happen that are beyond our control. If in the unlikely event, your item arrives in less than perfect condition please email us at email@example.com and we will make it right.
The manufacturer's warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of shipping. DESACE, at its discretion, will courier replacement parts immediately or ship a replacement to you. Please note that warranties are not transferable and do not extend to re-sold items. For warranty to be in effect, products must have been used for its intended purpose through normal use. Defects resulting from negligence, misuse, accidents, abnormal wear and tear, or if used for commercial purposes are not covered by warranty.
We are serious about our Return Policy because we want you to be happy with your purchase. And, if you're not happy, we want to make it easy to get a refund or replacement. We do this because we would want this if we were in your position.
We're very sorry, but products shipped outside of Singapore are not covered by this policy.
